Covid-19 Testing

We provide Covid-19 rapid testing and lab based testing.  With our rapid test you will receive your test results within 20 minutes, and our lab based test are within 48 business hours.

Vaccinations

State Drug Testing & Occupational Health offers a range of vaccination services for your employees to assist in a healthy workplace.

Vaccinations are an essential part of preventative occupational medicine, particularly if your workforce performs duties that have an elevated exposure risk to potentially infectious materials or blood. State Drug Testing & Occupational Health offers comprehensive vaccination services to meet all public and private service roles, such as EMT and Firefighter, as well as general employee roles to support the overall health of the workforce. On-demand vaccination services include Hepatitis, Meningitis, and Tetanus. Seasonal flu and other specific vaccines will be available as needed. Along with administering the vaccine, we will provide patient education on minimizing exposure risk and maintaining safe workplace activities. We offer these vaccination services either at our Savannah location, or at your workplace during an on-site visit. Standard vaccinations offered at our facility are shown below. Other vaccinations can be scheduled as needed.

Physicals

We provide employee physicals ranging from pre-employment, Fitness-for-Duty, DOT, and specific duty for firefighters and EMT.  At State Drug Testing & Occupational Health, we are a provider for state and federally regulated employment examinations such as National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) exams and FBI physicals. Our providers are licensed DOT Certified Examiners and are listed in the National Registry of Certified National Examiners (NRCNE).

OSHA Mandated Surveillance

We offer the following services on-site and in clinic.
Respirator Clearance for the following;

Asbestos, Benzene, Lead, Hexavalent Chromium, Silica, Cadmium, Arsenic, Hazmat, HAZWOPER, Dioin, Audiomety, and others.

Pre-Employment Physical Examinations

A pre-employment physical examination, to determine whether an employee meets health and physical-fitness requirements, is an important component to assist an employer in making appropriate hiring decisions.  Requirements for these physicals will include all applicable federal and local regulations and any specific employer requirements such as drug and alcohol screenings and physical fitness tests.

Fitness-for-Duty

Depending on the Federal/State/Employer requirements for the position, employees returning from a medical leave of absence may be required to pass a Fitness-for-Duty examination to confirm that they are healthy enough to return to work.  State Drug Testing & Occupational Health will examine the employee and promptly report the results to the employer.

DOT Physicals

State Drug Testing & Occupational Health is fully equipped to offer physicals for individuals and employees in the transportation industry regulated by the Department of Transportation (DOT).  Our providers at State Drug Testing & Occupational Health will perform all specific requirements for Commercial Driver’s Licenses (CDL) and will issue after completion. Our providers are licensed DOT Certified Examiners and are listed in the National Registry of Certified Medical Examiners (NRCME).
