Jean has over 35 years of experience in office management and accounting with the last 17 years managing and growing Low Country Drug Screening into one of the largest testing facilities in Charleston, SC. During this time, she developed a business and management model that comprehensively services client’s Third-Party Administration(TPA) programs, DOT compliance programs, consortium programs, DOT/non-DOT random-draw programs, and on-site/post-accident/after-hours testing for Federal/State/Municipality departments, private business, and individuals. This practical experience enables her to understand the needs of municipalities and businesses to assist in maintaining specific regulatory compliance requirements and follow-up programs for SAP. Also, during the past 17 years, Jean has worked closely with Carolina Center for Occupational Health, Inc. and gained extensive knowledge in the occupational health business sector involving electronic medical record (EMR) systems, instrumentation selections and medical staff selection and training.
